For each location we will record name and address, values for physical damage, and if required business interruption and indemnity period. Customers will also be requested to enter the type of plant and reciprocating engine details and output. Output will be MW, Btu/Therm and waste sales.

Each location can choose to include or exclude machinery breakdown and /or business interruption coverage.

Deductibles can be selected from a list of predetermined deductibles.

A risk questionnaire will need to be answered for each location. The questionnaire consists or a list of questions which have drop-down list of potential answers.

Duplicate function to be offered for similar plants, with similar operating process and owned by the same company to avoid having to answer multiple questionnaires where much of the answers will be the same.

Some free text capability will be permitted where the list of answers do not accurately reflect or capture sufficiently the actual exposure.

Each question has a narrative to explain why we are asking the question and help qualify the answers.

The broker will be automatically e-mailed requesting them to set up a renewal. The process should only require an update on values, coverage, changes to any of the existing questions, and answers to new questions.
